I decided to merge the sections together, rather than having gaps in between, so the overall image looks more realistic and person-like. The idea behind the merging of identities represents the collaborative aspect of the overall alphabet concept, which was pulled together through 26 different contributions. Trying to match up the different features was difficult as the original pictures were taken at varying distances.
